The Company Currently
specialises in various aspects of the law including but

Civil Litigation and
Collections
The Litigation Department
serves as the backbone of the Company. BBV has an
established litigation and collections practice, the
relevant department being headed by team of experienced
attorneys in the said fields.
Our Professional staff
have extensive experience, in both Magistrate & High
Court litigation and possess the necessary knowledge and
experience to adequately assess merits and quantum
claims, to institute and defend actions, negotiate
settlement of claims and oversee reporting to clients.
BBV is fully equipped
with collection and litigation software including
computerised diary and accounting systems which enables
the Company to efficiently handle bulk collection and
litigation matters.
Conveyancing
Much emphasis is placed
on Conveyancing by the Company.
BBV currently boasts 4
(four) full time in-house admitted conveyancers, as well
as a team of fully trained and qualified conveyancing
support staff with the necessary capability required to
effectively and efficiently deal with not only the usual
property transactions but also the technical &
complicated aspects that often accompany matters
relating to property.
The strength of the
Company's Conveyancing Department can largely be
attributed to the fact that BBV has been involved in
conveyancing since its establishment and currently
consists of conveyancers with collectively over 50
(fifty) years experience in the said field.
Commercial Law
Our Commercial Department
have vast experience in the relevant field and deals
with "inter alia", the negotiating, drafting &
interpretation of complex legal contracts, law
pertaining to trusts, companies and other legal
entities.
Family Law & Deceased
Estates
Matters relating to
family law & deceased estates including, divorces,
maintenance matters, reporting of estates to finalising
of same are effectively dealt with by our litigations
department.
