DJ graduated from the Nelson Mandela University in April 2020 with an LLB Degree (cum laude). He received the award for the top-achieving law student of his class. 

DJ commenced his articles at BBV during January 2020 and presently works in the Commercial and Litigation Department under the guidance of Nico De Villiers.

His professional mantra is: "Law is a powerful tool to effect change, bring about justice and assist those in need. It is indeed a privilege and an honour to play an active role in the legal profession."

In his free time, he enjoys taking long walks and drives, spending time with his family, and enjoys good food and coffee.
