BBV has two in-house Notaries.

The firm's Notarial Practice services include:

• Drafting and Registration of Notarial Deeds and Contracts
  • E.G. Ante Nuptial Agreements and Notarial Bonds
• Notarial Cessions
• Long Term Leases and Servitudes

This Department is headed up David Baldie who is assisted by Joelene Brown.
